Happy Birthday Fish !

Derek William Dick, better known as Fish (born 25 April 1958, in Dalkeith, Midlothian), is a Scottish progressive rock singer, lyricist and occasional actor. He was the lead singer and song writer of the band Marillion. Great music.

Here is the song called "Script for a Jester's Tear". Lyrically it is quite good and that is true for many songs he has written. He has written songs about divorce and childhood abuse. Powerful stuff. The guy who introduced me to this band in the early 80's really liked them. On first hearing I didn't care for it much. But I respected his opinion and now I have been listing to Marillion when Fish was the lead singer and also really love Fish's solo albums.
