The fool says in his heart there is no God

Christians love to quote this text. The fool says in his heart, "There is no God" as if somehow it is a convincing argument. I could say the fool says in his heart, Santa Claus does not exist. Logically that carries as much weight. Typically most Christians quoting it don't know its' context. The text below shows that NO ONE UNDERSTANDS so they stand equally condemned by this text. This primitive people's God loves to condemn. You might recognize that behavior in his followers.

Psalms 53:1-3
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”
They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good.
God looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. Everyone has turned away, they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.

This text is also repeated in Psalms 14. They also loved it back then so much they repeated it.

Another good come back for inane Christians who call you a fool using the above text is Matthew 5:22. Jesus said Anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.

Dictionary definition of a fool: a person lacking in judgment or prudence.
A fool will believe things that are irrational and stick to it dogmatically. Sounds like Faith. Can the Lord's people give me an Amen?
