God is all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, all-wise, but he NEEDS money - George Carlin
The evidence for God is only the shadow cast by those who must believe in magic and want to control others He sacrificed himself to himself to appease himself then burned nearly all of those he did it for. Imagine No Religion

Faith Healing Kills Again
Wednesday morning marked the beginning of the trial of Shannon and Dale Hickman, who are charged with second-degree manslaughter in the September 2009 death of their newborn son. David Hickman died less than nine hours after being born, of staph pneumonia, pulmonary immaturity, and chorioamnionitis, which affects fetal membranes through a bacterial infection.
The Hickmans belong to the Followers of Christ Church, an Oregon City congregation that believes in faith-healing over medical care. The church has a long history in Oregon of child deaths involving treatable illnesses, which has led to multiple legislative changes eliminating faith-healing as a defense against criminal charges.
In less than three years, four couples, including the Hickmans, have gone to trial for failing to provide adequate medical care to their children. Three of those cases have involved deaths.

Cruel Irony
A Muslim is trying to pray and these god-fearing, Jesus-loving christians are mocking him by putting a coffee cup in front of him where he will bow and throwing coins at his place of worship. The idiot at the end say that Islam is bad because they will kill someone who doesn't believe the way they do. FACE PALM. He doesn't know his christian history. On one level I think this is almost funny. A fairy tale belief mocking a fairy tale belief like two children yelling at each other because one believes in the tooth fairy as real and the other believes santa clause is real. But on another level it just seems ironically cruel.

Jesus With Tats - Christians flipping out
Stephen Sawyer dedicates this painting, "No Appointment Necessary," to "those children of God who do not appear to 'fit in.'"

Comment on Christian Post
Jesus wore a tattoo? Then Jesus broke the Law. Then Jesus was a sinner. Then His death means nothing. We are all condemned. Just so Jesus can be cool.

Bible Science - The Earth Gets Frustrated
Appears science is mistaken about the recent earthquake in Virginia. Thank the Lard we have the Jacobs to explain this to us.
The earth will respond to the actions of men. So keep it in your pants boys.
God doesn't want to punish us. He doesn't like it anymore than we do.
Romans 8:22
We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time.
Isaiah 24:17-21
Terror and pit and snare await you, O people of the earth.
Whoever flees at the sound of terror will fall into a pit;
whoever climbs out of the pit will be caught in a snare.
The floodgates of the heavens are opened, the foundations of the earth shake.
The earth is broken up, the earth is split asunder, the earth is thoroughly shaken.
The earth reels like a drunkard, it sways like a hut in the wind;
so heavy upon it is the guilt of its rebellion that it falls—never to rise again.
In that day the LORD will punish the powers in the heavens above and the kings on the earth below.
So let me get this straight if I have a lustful thought somewhere a teutonic plate will suddenly shift.... That seems a testable theory.

Michele Bachmann: Who Likes **WET** People?
There was some editing, the original was "Who likes wet people? Because we have the god of the wind and the rain, don't we?" The second sentence was edited out, but the first sentence was unaltered.
Here is the full video - Still nutty which we have come to love about Ms Bachmann.
Is here voice grating or what? Like how no one is listening on stage and the audience is talking. Her bible story telling is quite boring or is it the story is just so boring. ZZZZZZZ

Banana Man Counter Argument
Have you ever stolen anything? What do you call a person who steals things? A thief.Have you ever lied? What do you call a person who lies? A liar.Have you ever lusted after another person? Jesus says you are an adulterer because you have lust in your heart.Have you ever used God's name in vain? What do you call a person who takes God's name in vain? A blasphemer?
By your own admission you are a lying, blaspheming, adulterous thief.
Micaiah continued, “Therefore hear the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne with all the host of heaven standing around him on his right and on his left. And the LORD said, ‘Who will entice Ahab into attacking Ramoth Gilead and going to his death there?’“One suggested this, and another that. Finally, a spirit came forward, stood before the LORD and said, ‘I will entice him.’ “‘By what means?’ the LORD asked. “‘I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said. “‘You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the LORD. ‘Go and do it.’
For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
The LORD said, “I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth—men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air—for I am grieved that I have made them.” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.
At midnight the LORD struck down all the firstborn in Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh, who sat on the throne, to the firstborn of the prisoner, who was in the dungeon, and the firstborn of all the livestock as well. Pharaoh and all his officials and all the Egyptians got up during the night, and there was loud wailing in Egypt, for there was not a house without someone dead.
Whoever is captured will be thrust through; all who are caught will fall by the sword. Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be looted and their wives ravished. See, I will stir up against them the Medes, who do not care for silver and have no delight in gold. Their bows will strike down the young men; they will have no mercy on infants nor will they look with compassion on children
In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary."How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?” The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
While Jesus was still talking to the crowd, his mother and brothers stood outside, wanting to speak to him. Someone told him, “Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to speak to you.”He replied to him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” Pointing to his disciples, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
- Then by God's own admission he is a sinner.
- Then why would I want a lying, disrespectful, adulterous murderer to save me?
- Then who will save this lying, disrespectful, adulterous, murderous sinning god?

Hurrah For Science - My First Earthquake
Earthquake at 1:51pm EST
Earthquake at 2:46pm EST
When it first started to happen I thought someone with a heavy footstep was walking by, then I thought someone must be pushing a cart, then I stood up and we all were looking around watching the lights overhead shake. Then all the chatter began.
My first feeling was how cool. I understand what is going on. I live on the Blue Ridge mountains so I know plates are pushing together here. I felt I was experiencing science in motion if you will. It wasn't until I checked that my wife, kids, grandkid and mother were OK that it hit I never thought of a imaginary god causing it to punish anyone. We know where they can happen and there ain't a god with a grudge out there trying to punish anyone.
Hurrah for science that gave me a real explanation for what goes on in life.
No Hole In My Head
Everybody thinks my head's full of nothin,
Wants to put his special stuff in,
Fill the space with candy wrappers,
Keep out sex and revolution,
But there's no hole in my head.
Too bad.
They call me a dupe of this and the other,
Call me a puppet on a string, they,
They don't know my head's full of me
And that I have my own special thing,
And there's no hole in my head.
Too bad.
I have lived since early childhood
Figuring out what's going on, I,
I know what hurts, I know what's easy,
When to stand and when to run,
And there's no hole in my head.
Too bad.
So please stop shouting in my ear, there's
Something I want to listen to, there's
A kind of birdsong up somewhere, there's
Feet walking the way I mean to go,
And there's no hole in my head.
Too bad.
Everybody thinks my head's full of nothin,
Wants to put his special stuff in,
Fill the space with candy wrappers,
Keep out sex and revolution,
But there's no hole in my head.
Too bad.

Rick Perry: Ask Him Why He Doesn't Believe In Science
How come Rick Perry isn't smart enough to figure out science is right?
Thing Called Love
Don't have to humble yourself to me
I ain't your judge or your king
And baby, you know you ain't no Queen of Sheba
And we may not even have our dignity, no
This could be just a prideful thing
But baby, we can choose you know,
We ain't no amoebas
But
[Chorus:]
Are you ready for this thing called love
Don't come from you and me,
It comes from up above
I ain't no porcupine, take off your kid gloves
Are you ready for this thing called love
And you ain't some icon carved out of soap
Sent down here to clean up my reputation
And baby, I ain't your prince charming
Now we can live in fear, or act out of hope
For some kind of peaceful situation
Baby, don't know why the cry of love is so alarming
But
[Chorus]
The ugly ducklings don't turn into swans
And glide off down the lake
Whether your sunglasses are off or on
You only see the world you make
Before the laws of God and the laws of man
I take you for my wife, yeah
To love, honour, cherish and obey,
Now, I didn't have no plans to live
This kind of life, no
It just worked out that way
And
[Chorus 2x]
Just a crazy little thing called love
Its justs a crazy little thing called love

Does The Creationist Fossil Record Exist
- In the very lowest strata we should see no fossils at all. This is because, according to the Bible, all life originally existed in the Garden of Eden and nothing died there.
- In the next levels of strata, we should see a fairly constant rate of fossils or a gradually growing rate of fossils. This would reflect the time after the Fall as life progressed all over the Earth. These strata should have fossils of all types of organisms, both bacteria and larger more complex organisms because all of them coexisted. We should see more mobile species such as horses at the bottom of the fossil record throughout most of the world because those species would be able to migrate to places far away from the Garden of Eden more quickly than less mobile species. In fact we should be able to use this layer of strata to help discover the location of the Garden of Eden. The closer that any particular rocks are to the original location of the Garden of Eden, the earlier fossils should appear. (It should take species longer to get far away from the Garden and die than it should be for species to die close to the Garden.)
- At some point as we move up through the strata we should see a sudden massive intrusion of fossils. This would represent the 40 days and 40 nights of the flood. This layer should also include archaeological artifacts such as tools because humans existed and would not have escaped with their tools. This should be present because of the large number of organisms (nearly every living creature on Earth) that died suddenly under conditions ideal for fossilization. (A flood is the very best environment for preserving fossils.) We should be able to show that all of these fossils are in the same strata all over the world.
- Immediately above this sudden intrusion of fossils, we should see a thin layer of marine fossils. This would represent the year when, according to the Bible, the Earth was covered with water. This layer of fossils should be present everywhere since the flood was global in nature.
- As we move up beyond this point in the strata, we should see a fossil gap; the size of the gap should vary depending on the geographical distance that a particular rock formation is from Mount Ararat - the final resting place of the Ark according to the Bible. As was the case immediately after the Fall, it would take some time for slow moving organisms to get very far away from where the Ark came to rest.
- This pattern should exist all over the World.
In fact, of course, it exists nowhere on Earth.
Creationism --> totally falsified by the fossil record.

Christian Hypocrisy - I Respect Them But Will Do As I Please
You know she would be pissed if a Muslim lead the prayer to Allah, or a Hindu to Vishnu.
Matt 6:5-6
And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Founding Father Quotes On Christianity

If we did a good act merely from love of God and a belief that it is pleasing to Him, whence arises the morality of the Atheist? ...Their virtue, then, must have had some other foundation than the love of God.
And the day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the supreme being as his father in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerve in the brain of Jupiter. But may we hope that the dawn of reason and freedom of thought in these United States will do away with this artificial scaffolding, and restore to us the primitive and genuine doctrines of this most venerated reformer of human errors.
I have recently been examining all the known superstitions of the world, and do not find in our particular superstition [Christianity] one redeeming feature. They are all alike, founded upon fables and mythologies.
Fix Reason firmly in her seat, and call to her tribunal every fact, every opinion. Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve the homage of reason than of blindfolded fear. ... Do not be frightened from this inquiry by any fear of its consequences. If it end in a belief that there is no God, you will find incitements to virtue in the comfort and pleasantness you feel in its exercise and in the love of others which it will procure for you. -- (Jefferson's Works, Vol. ii., p. 217)
Millions of innocent men, women and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been burned, tortured, fined and imprisoned. What has been the effect of this coercion? To make one half the world fools and the other half hypocrites; to support roguery and error all over the earth... Our sister states of Pennsylvania and New York, however, have long subsisted without any establishment at all. The experiment was new and doubtful when they made it. It has answered beyond conception. They flourish infinitely. Religion is well supported; of various kinds, indeed, but all good enough; all sufficient to preserve peace and order: or if a sect arises, whose tenets would subvert morals, good sense has fair play, and reasons and laughs it out of doors, without suffering the state to be troubled with it. They do not hang more malefactors than we do. They are not more disturbed with religious dissensions. On the contrary, their harmony is unparalleled, and can be ascribed to nothing but their unbounded tolerance, because there is no other circumstance in which they differ from every nation on earth. They have made the happy discovery, that the way to silence religious disputes, is to take no notice of them. Let us too give this experiment fair play, and get rid, while we may, of those tyrannical laws.
Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legislative powers of government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between church and State.
The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.
Christianity neither is, nor ever was a part of the common law.
May it be to the world, what I believe it will be, (to some parts sooner, to others later, but finally to all,) the signal of arousing men to burst the chains under which monkish ignorance and superstition had persuaded them to bind themselves, and to assume the blessings and security of self-government. All eyes are opened, or opening, to the rights of man. The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately, by the grace of God.
